We design limited-run garments — made to order — and we believe in resonance over repetition.
Every product is a collaboration between your choice and our craftsmanship.

All items are made on demand once your order is confirmed.
Production begins immediately after payment and usually cannot be canceled once in motion.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue designs to preserve exclusivity.

💸 4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in your local currency, including or excluding tax depending on your region.
Payment is processed securely via Klarna, Mollie, PayPal, or Apple Pay, using bank-level encryption.

We do not store or have access to your full payment information.

🚚 5. Shipping

We collaborate with trusted global fulfillment partners to deliver your order as efficiently and sustainably as possible.
Shipping times vary depending on region, typically between 5–14 business days.

You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

🔁 6. Returns & Exchanges

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and prevails where any wording differs.

Where consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal, you may return unused items within 14 days after delivery. To start a return, email info@28-hb.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to return the item.

The direct cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. We do not offer exchanges. Please use the size guide carefully before ordering.

🧾 7. Taxes & Duties

Buyers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees applied by their local government.
We comply with VAT laws where applicable.
