1. What makes 28HB different?
We don’t mass-produce.
Every 28HB piece is made on demand — created only when you order it.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Each order is individually crafted.
Production takes 2–5 days, and shipping times vary by region.
You’ll receive tracking once your frequency begins its journey.
We never rush creation.
3. Can I return or exchange my order?
Each 28HB piece is made to order. For that reason, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, color preference, or a change of mind. Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from your order, email info@28-hb.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a clear photo, and a short description. We’ll review it within 3 business days and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Where a return is accepted and an item can’t be resold, we donate it for a good cause.
4. Do we collect your personal data?
Privacy is the new luxury. We treat it that way.
Your inbox stays quiet. 28HB sends no newsletters, monthly updates, or sale campaigns — only essential emails about your order, delivery, or a question you send us.
We never sell or share your email address for someone else’s marketing, and we don’t use your order email for our own marketing blasts. We use limited website and advertising measurement to improve the shop — not to turn visitors into an email list.
We only retain details needed to fulfil your order, provide support, or meet legal obligations.
5. What is numerology?
We don’t claim to teach numerology —
that lineage has its keepers.
We honor those who translated the unseen into numbers, and we stitch those numbers on to fabric.
