🔁 28HB — Return & Refund Policy

🧵 1. Made with intention

Every 28HB piece is made to order after payment is confirmed. This keeps production intentional and avoids wasted stock.

🧭 2. Returns

Where consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal, you may return an unused item within 14 days after delivery.

To start a return, email info@28-hb.com within that period with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to return the item. We will send the correct return instructions and address.

The direct cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. We do not offer exchanges. Please use the size guide carefully; if you need another size or colour after a return, a new order can be placed.

📦 3. Condition of returns

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original labels and packaging. You may inspect or try an item as you would in a store. Any loss in value caused by handling beyond this may be deducted from the refund.

Please do not send an item back before receiving our return instructions. This makes sure it reaches the correct facility.

💳 4. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, or proof that it has been sent where required by law, we refund the amount paid for the returned item to the original payment method within 14 days.

Worldwide delivery is free, so there is no outbound shipping charge to refund.

🛠️ 5. Damage, defects or fulfilment errors

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at info@28-hb.com as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a clear photo, and a short description.

For a verified issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
