Each 28HB piece is made on demand — crafted specifically for you once your order is placed.
This approach allows us to reduce waste and keep our production aligned with purpose.

Because every item is created individually, we cannot accept returns for reasons of size, fit, or change of heart.
However, we will always correct genuine issues related to quality or fulfillment errors.

🧵 2. Eligible Returns

We happily replace or refund any item that arrives:

  • Incorrect (wrong size, color, or design sent)
  • Defective or damaged during production or shipping

If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo of the issue
  3. A short description of what happened

Our team will review your request within 3 business days and offer one of the following:

  • A replacement at no cost
  • A full refund to your original payment method

📦 3. Return Procedure

If a return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions and the nearest return address (U.S. or EU  depending on your region).

Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

All items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Each 28HB piece is crafted on demand — individually created once your order is placed.

This process allows us to minimize waste and overproduction, and to keep our designs aligned with intention.

For that reason, we cannot accept returns based on preference (such as color or size), as each garment is made exclusively for you.

Of course, any issue caused by damage, defect, or fulfillment error will always be corrected or replaced.

Because 28HB operates through certified global production partners, your order may ship from different locations depending on availability.
In case of delivery issues or loss in transit, we’ll investigate and resolve the case personally — no bots, no run-around.
